This is a month-to-month - long term. listing. I live in a hidden little community off 421 near Greenfield Lake. Minutes away from CFCC. It’s a super duper quiet apartment, minus the occasional freight train passing blowing their horns but you get used to that. My apartment is simple and clean. It does have 2 floors so personal space won’t be an issue. I have some boxes and bins neatly lying around that I’m slowly getting rid of, as I myself, have not been here that long, so I’m kind of unpacking still. I would expect payments by the 1st of the month, via zelle. I am an animal lover but we just can’t have any in here long term. Apologies.

You will have a fully furnished private room, with an extra twin mattress if needed. Your full size bed has 6 drawers to store your items. There is a section for you in the closet. This room is basically for a student, a minimalist or perfect for someone moving here soon and needs a place to stay until they get on their feet. You won’t be able to move in any large furniture or other big items in the apartment, however a couple of small items that you feel will make life easier, is fine. Provided you are neat, organized and considerate, you will have access to a full kitchen and dining room. We have to share a bathroom and you have access to the living room. I am looking for a roommate from ages 25 to 45 who has and can prove income and can provide a background check.

I’m a hard working specialist fitness trainer/nutritionist and dad. My boys visit on occasion but never stay the night. I’m also an endurance athlete. Basically fitness and nutrition is my life but it’s not the only thing. I still eat pizza, drink beer and have a good time. When I’m not home, i expect my roomie to be considerate and have respect for the apartment and my personal belongings. No big parties, pets and a very strong no cigarette smoking rule. Personally, I’m ok with those things except for cigarettes, on a case to case basis. I appreciate my quiet time, my roomie should as well. If you like a cold apartment with a pumping AC, this is NOT the choice for you. I keep the temperature moderate and comfortable, never in the 60s. On the other hand, i will put the heat on when it’s cold but still at a moderate temperature. I am not looking to change many things about the way i live so an open line of communication is encouraged and important. There are certainly other nuances to discuss but we can do that during our first meeting.

My current roomie is a 26 year old female and full time student at CFCC. She has moved on and will be out by January. The guest bedroom was my daughters and shared with my son’s so there are a few bins with toys still in the room. I will slowly work on getting rid of those.
