Furnished room with own bathroom in an apartment
Lease Takeover. Currently living in a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment. Lease is up in July but I am looking to move out ASAP due to work. I don't mind leaving the bed (I'll toss the mattress. It's a double bed frame). There is a couch and foosball table in the living room that are also staying.
