Townhome has small private yard, and carport parking for 2 cars. 2 car garage is used as shared space/storage/artist space. Street is very quite with plenty of parking every night. Location is 5 min drive from Culver steps, and walking distance to coffee/food. Located near the 10 freeway, 20 Mins to the beach, 30 mins to the eastside, 25 mins downtown or Hawthorne. Makes commuting fairly good. Filling 2 out of the bedrooms, previous roommates moving to east coast. one bedroom is larger, at 1250$, and one is smaller at 1050$. Both have private bathrooms. ideally looking to sign a 6-12 month lease.

I’m easy-going, I am 25yo fulltime technician, who has lived here for 5 years. Previously in the film industry. I tinker, fix old cars and cameras. Given the chance I would live next to a mountain stream and trout fish for the considerable future. If you can pay rent, and are not entirely insane, we would get along fine. Thanks!
