Hi! I’m looking for a roommate for a room available starting July 1st in a great downtown Salt Lake apartment. The apartment is in a convenient location with easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, nightlife, and the University of Utah area.

The room comes with a private bedroom and bathroom, and the apartment has great amenities including a gym, pool, sauna, pickleball courts, and other community spaces. Rent is around $950/month including utilities and Wi-Fi. Garage parking space available bi-weekly and easy street parking when not.

I’m currently finishing my kinesiology degree at the University of Utah and will be graduating at the end of this summer. I’m active, enjoy fitness and being outdoors, and like keeping the apartment clean and comfortable. I’d love to find someone who is respectful, responsible, and easygoing to create a good living environment.
