Hoping to find a queer roommate for a room that comes partially furnished with a queen sized bed frame, mattress, pillows and sheets, along with night table and lamp. There’s a desk in the basement if needed. It’s 8’10 x 12’7, and there’s lots of closet space. There’s also a large backyard with lots of lovely native plants. We get a lot of neat animals here, like chipmunks and foxes. We haven’t seen any sign of rats which are common in other areas around Boston. Gardening is allowed. The landlady is very sweet. Comes with fridge, range, microwave, air fryer, and in unit washer/dryer, no fee. House is 2000 sqft, with two full bathrooms, a craft room, a living room, a kitchen/dining room and a basement. Off and on street parking.

About the roomies

There’s three of us, we’ve been living here for a year so far. We range in age from 24-33. We’re all trans, 420 friendly, and we try to be covid conscious. We don’t have cats yet, but we are looking at getting a pair of kittens soon. We’re all DnD nerds and artists. I like cooking big meals for the household when I have the time and energy. We put a big emphasis on open and honest communication and respecting each other’s time and space.
