1000 is per month for everything, but food and cell… we’ll use first month/deposit for a fridge you can use in the garage… water, gas, power, trash, streaming, etc. included… parking is no issue… we are two people with a 4 bedroom house trying to help a student out and ourselves at the same time.

Me, my wife, and our yorkie… living room has two 75in tvs you’re free to use, we have one furnished and one unfurnished room. If you find a partner, you can share the bathroom and pay 750 each for 2 seperate rooms, otherwise 1 at 1000 for 1 room.. no worries, just trying to help and get a little help.
