This is part of Chateau Development, and is not my personal property. We are looking for a roommate to sign a 12 month lease with us. Rent will be around $600, not including electricity, which is $100 max once split. Not sure if this is how this site works, but there you go. We have had no problems with Chateau, and they have been very good to us. Otherwise, the main floor has the kitchen and living room, upstairs are all 3 rooms, and the basement is unfinished, used for storage and laundry.

Both myself and my roommate are recently out of undergrad, and I am pursuing a graduate degree. We generally keep to ourselves and complete work/school at our own pace.
