Hi! I’m a full-time engineering technician who works a consistent schedule and keeps a clean, quiet, and respectful home. I own the property and take pride in maintaining it.

The home is occupied by me and my 3 year old daughter, who stays with me approximately half of the week. When she’s here, she’s usually playing, watching movies, or spending time with family. The other half of the week, the home is very quiet.

I’m looking for a responsible, respectful roommate who is employed, pays rent on time, and is comfortable living in a family friendly environment. I value cleanliness, communication, and mutual respect, and I’m hoping to find someone who does as well.
