About the room
One bedroom next to the bathroom with a large closet included, fenced in backyard and front yard both. Dog and cat friendly—two pets per person, reptiles and amphibians are allowed and welcomed. I have one medium sized dog, please make me aware of any animal reactivity if you intend on bringing a pet.
Bedroom and living room are currently unfurnished, you are welcome to bring your own furniture and decorate your room and the house as you like. Guests are welcome so long as you let me know in advance. Photos will be added later.
About the roomies
I am the only roommate, I am a 22 year old female with a one year old Queensland dog and I work overnights from 5 PM to 2 AM so you will have the house to yourself a majority of the day. I may have guests over late, but I am more than happy to discuss terms with you.
