This is a shared apartment in The Resort of Encinitas with your own room and private bathroom, full use of fully furnished kitchen, diningroom, and livingroom with Spectrum TV with HBO and Showtime. The property is serene and quiet close to everything in Encinitas…5 grocery stores, hair salons, nail salons, restaurants, auto repair, etc., all within walking distance. We have 2 pools, 2 jacuzzis, a putting green and a fully furnished gym. Brand new washer/dryer in home.
Looking for one person who works outside the home with no pets.
About the roomies
I have been a tenant here for 9 1/2 years. I work from home so not looking to share space during working hours.
After 4, the home is all yours.
I have a “special needs” pet so that is why no pets. Allergic to cats.
Patio outside filled with flowers and solar lights at night that can be seen from the empty room’s window.
