Available July 1 (or earlier) in Parker Station. $700/month + ~$120–150 utilities. Lease runs through April 2027.
The room is huge: 208 sq ft with a private attached bathroom (double sinks, walk-in shower) and a giant walk-in closet. Plenty of space to make your own.
The house has a big backyard, small patio, community pool & gym, and is about 25–30 minutes from downtown. It’s a quiet neighborhood with lots of families around.

About us: 🌈 Three young adults (ages 23–24) who are friends 🎨 Into art, music, movies, TV, concerts, swimming, good food, and trying new things around Austin 🧹 Pretty clean and communicative—we do our best to stay on top of chores and keep shared spaces comfortable 🪴 Still settling into the house and slowly building a cozy, eclectic shared space together 🐈⬛ Home to Bean & Chili, our two resident little guys (one black cat, one tabby)
We’re looking for a woman and/or LGBTQ+ person around our age (roughly 22–27) who’s clean, easygoing, and interested in sharing a home rather than just renting a room.
No dogs, unfortunately, but we may be open to another cat.
