Private room available in a fantastic 2-bedroom Pismo Beach bungalow. This is the perfect location walking distance from the beach, restaurants, shopping. House has off-street parking, garage, workshop, washer/dryer/dishwasher, backyard garden with furnished patio lanai space and outdoor shower. Also, a secure outdoor pet enclosures.
Looking for a laid back, mindful person who’s employed or retired, reliable and respectful of shared spaces.
Rent: $1,450 / month plus full rent deposit and utilities.
Animals: Currently one cat, open to another cat. Have a catio and safe and secured backyard.
Available: August 1, with earlier move-in negotiable. Long term renter preferred.
