Hello! Room in an apartment minutes from the A.T. Still University campus. This is an upstairs unit with high ceilings, in-unit laundry, and central AC. The complex has multiple pools and little lakes just outside (we have a view from the unit!). You would have your own sizeable room and bathroom. Utilities are not included in the base rent but are set up and ready to use upon move in. The common space is still in the works, but should be totally set up and furnished by the time you move in :) The kitchen has pretty much all the essentials, but should have enough space if you have things to store there too. We can absolutely discuss move-in date as well if you need to move in a bit sooner.

I am a 1st year dental student at ATSU and will be out of the house most days and likely gone on weekends. I’m from Santa Cruz, CA and love hiking, yoga, and plants. I value organization and a respect for common space in a living situation. I am actually posting this a bit ahead of time as I won’t be in town until July, but am happy to answer questions in the mean time and plan to meet once I’m out there!
