I can do weekly of $250.00 a week and I am also open to working with the international student exchange program to host international students. The cost includes all utilities, home internet access, access to washer, dryer, one car spot in my carport, open garage style, shared bathroom, a front and back yard. Is a family environment, recommend the roommate has their own small fridge for their own food. I do work from home when I do work, so do work to keep a quiet environment, walking distance from the Glendale community college campus. The house is one story, on 67th Ave and Olive avenue, no HOA at all, is city of Glendale and Peoria, walking distance to a library, parks, walking paths, dog park, and walking distance to a local elementary school, so ideal for students and older students that work, or faculty or staff looking for affordable housing.

Christina is the home owner of the home, very quick witted, understanding and fun loving. She works from home so being a quiet is a must but she can be just as loud as everyone else. She loves her kids and loves living a peaceful life style full of love and laughter. She owns a cat named pearl who loves to be played with. And a 14 year old son that is just as much as interesting as she is.

Carina, their first roomate, a quiet, always tired, music loving healthcare nerd that tends to stay to herself. She has two dogs, one husky mix and one crazy mix chihuahua named sophie and martini. she loves conversation and again music, along with cooking for the whole house when she has the energy to do it.
