Parking: The home is in a gated community. Limited parking is available inside the gate, but most residents park just outside the community, about a block and a half away. Driveway parking is available for an additional $100 per month.
About the roomies
You’ll be sharing the home with four roommates. It’s a co-ed household with roommates in their early 20s. One works at SpaceX, and the other three work for local companies. The house stays clean, organized, and low-key. Everyone is friendly but tends to keep to themselves.
