My house is located on the SW side of town across the street from the railroad tracks. The trains can get a bit noisy but after awhile you don’t even notice them. My property is a smoke free residence, this includes Marijuana. My private bedroom has an ensuite bathroom so the main bathroom will essentially be yours. My property has a fenced yard with a patio in the back. I do have a garage so there will be room for some extra storage if necessary.

I am a 31 year old female currently living alone and seeking a roommate to help share expenses. I tend to keep to myself and I’m usually pretty quite. I do have cats so anyone with allergies would not be a good fit.
