Room for Rent (Renovated Apartment) The apartment is located in Halston Citrus Ridge, a gated community, and is a renovated apartment model (higher than the standard model). The base price, $646 per month, includes a private bedroom, shared bathroom (with one other person), laundry room, living room, and a large balcony. In addition, the community is about 10 minutes away from Walt Disney World and 30 minutes away from Universal Studios. Plus, Halston Citrus Ridge is just off the West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway which hosts numerous grocery stores and restaurants. The lease ends March 30th with the option to renew.
