Room for Rent (Renovated Apartment) The apartment is located in Halston Citrus Ridge, a gated community, and is a renovated apartment model (higher than the standard model). The renovated apartment has white installations, stainless steel appliances, and upgraded fixtures. This apartment resides on the third floor. The base price, $646 per month, includes a private bedroom, shared bathroom (with one other person), laundry room, living room, and a large balcony. The base price also includes the concierge fee, valet trash reimbursement, cable television charges (including Wi-Fi), pest control fee and parking. After analyzing my last few months, the average month all in should come out around $720 per month, which is less than most renovated apartments. All charges will be administered through the Halston Citrus Ridge website except for the electricity which is paid through Duke Energy. Halston Citrus Ridge is a quiet community with a large pool and lake, gym, and parks for pets and small children. In addition, the community is about 10 minutes away from Walt Disney World and 30 minutes away from Universal Studios. Plus, Halston Citrus Ridge is just off the West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway which hosts numerous grocery stores and restaurants. The lease ends March 30th with the option to renew.
