For Rent: This room is in a nice 2 bedroom house in quiet neighborhood in South Venice near Shamrock Park, a bike trail, Aldi’s, and movies. I have a private entrance master bedroom with en-suite jacuzzi tub/shower, microwave, fridge, TV, and Internet. The room has a private entrance space where you can come and go as you please, with shared access to a pool, laundry, and den. I’m offering 6 months and (1day) or a shorter stay (min. 30 days which requires taxes to be added to the rent). A background check and renter’s insurance is recommended. Payment in advance of one month’s rent (under 6 months is plus Tax) plus a security deposit and cleaning fee OR pay the total in advance at a discounted rate. This is a no pets, no smoking, single occupancy.

I own the house and travel now and then. I meditate, bike, swim, paint, do yoga, and attend music venues. I live in a nice neighborhood.
