About the room
Our home is a newly renovated 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom house in West Adams. We currently have two private bedrooms available, each with its own private bathroom. Shared spaces are fully furnished, parking is available, and we have a washer and dryer in the home.
The house has a relaxed, friendly vibe and we’re still having fun decorating and making the common areas feel cozy and welcoming. We also have a shared outdoor space that we’re turning into a great spot to relax, have coffee, or host a casual BBQ with friends.
The location is convenient to Culver City, DTLA, USC, and the Westside, with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and easy freeway access nearby.
About the roomies
We are a household of friendly professionals in our 30s who value open communication, cleanliness, and a peaceful living environment. We enjoy having a comfortable home where everyone feels welcome and respected.
We rotate a simple weekly cleaning schedule to keep shared spaces tidy and make sure the house runs smoothly for everyone.
We also share our home with three sweet dogs — Yumi, Louie, and Chanel — so we’re looking for someone who enjoys dogs and is comfortable living with pets.
We’re hoping to find a roommate who is responsible, respectful, communicative, and looking for a place that feels like home rather than just somewhere to sleep. 🏡🐶✨
