I am looking for someone to take over my lease for a furnished private bedroom and private bathroom in a 4 bed / 4 bath apartment at Eagle Landing in Daytona Beach. Rent is $985/month plus utilities, and move-in is available July 1. This would be handled through Eagle Landing’s official reletting process, so the new resident would complete the takeover through the apartment office. The bedroom includes a king bed, mattress, bed frame, desk, and chair. The bathroom is private and has its own shower. The apartment also has an in-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning, a shared kitchen, and a shared living/dining area. Eagle Landing is very convenient for students in Daytona Beach. It is about a 25-minute walk from Embry-Riddle and has a Monday-Friday shuttle service to campus. The property also has a pool, gym, study rooms, clubhouse, parking, and EV charging. This is student-style housing, but it is not limited to ERAU students. The lease language refers broadly to attendance/enrollment through an educational institution, so students from other schools may be able to apply as long as they are approved through Eagle Landing.

The current roommates are ERAU students. I am listing the room because I am looking for someone to take over my lease, so I would not be living there after the relet is completed.
