One bedroom in a 2bed 1 bath unit on the ground floor with an older dog. A quiet complex in tierrasanta with lots of ammenities. In unit laundry, and all utilities covered. Tennis court, basketball, and pickleball. Multiple pools, a playground, and gym.

Looking for a quiet roommate to join and share living space. The bedroom is about 103 sq/ft and bathroom is shared. The rest of the space is fully furnished and we have a cleaner come every few weeks.

Just me and my dog, my previous roommate is moving out beginning of August. My dog is a little codependent and loves to cuddle, hang out. She’s over 13yo now and mostly deaf.

I like to cook and share food, but ok if that’s not your thing. I don’t entertain much or make much noise, looking for someone who will match energy and also be ok relaxing together in shared space.
