Private bedroom and private bathroom. You’ll also have a second private room to use however you need it: home office, studio, creative space, etc.

Outside the private rooms, the home is fully furnished. Full kitchen with an additional chest freezer for extra storage, washer and dryer in-unit, and a backyard for outdoor space. Garage parking included. The home also has a whole-house water softener and reverse osmosis drinking water.

All utilities are included in rent.

Located on Wichita’s west side, about 20 minutes from WSU.

Pet Policy: No warm-blooded pets (dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, etc.). Cold-blooded pets such as reptiles and fish are welcome with prior approval. No insects.

Just myself, I’m 24 and work from home in digital marketing. My setup is mostly in the basement (bedroom, bathroom, office), so you’d have the entire upstairs essentially to yourself. I’ll be around and up in the kitchen and living room regularly, but I’m not the type to hover or fill the space — pretty independent and expect the same from a roommate.

I keep a pretty regular schedule, up around six to seven in the morning and down by ten to eleven at night. I cook often so you’ll see me in the kitchen, but the living room is mostly yours. I work out regularly and spend time outdoors when I’m not working — science nerd, big into nature.

Looking for someone who keeps a clean space and is respectful of shared areas. I’d like to agree on a light cleaning schedule for the kitchen and common areas when you move in — nothing rigid, just keeping things comfortable for both of us. No smoking anywhere on the property. Guests are totally welcome, just no large gatherings.
