Please see rent chart on attached photo for an idea of what I’m thinking is fair. Rent ranges from $850-$1100. A major benefit of living with me if you’re in the military is I won’t charge you full rent when you’re deployed.

Looking for 1-2 roommates to take either the master bedroom or both small bedrooms of a house I just purchased in Sneads Ferry. Room can come furnished or unfurnished.

My name is Cole, I’m a USMC 1302 Combat Engineering Officer currently about 3 months into engineering school and will be headed to 2d CEB in August. I grew up in Orange County, CA about 20 mins north of Pendleton, went to NYU where I played baseball and was a business major, then worked corporate for about 4 years before joining. In my free time I like surfing, golfing, shooting, reading, grilling…pretty standard LT activities. I consider myself clean but not a freak about it; as long as you clean up after yourself we’ll be good.
