Room available for rent! We are looking for a 3rd roommate (Female only!) with a lease starting August 1st. $415 per month for this room in a house just a few blocks from ENZI STEM! Utilities (aside from internet) included in the rent! The entire house and kitchen is fully stocked and furnished but the room would need to be furnished. It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom with laundry, a garage, driveway, and a backyard.
Available starting August 1st for the last month of the lease then a new lease is being signed for 1 year in September. Only looking for people who are looking to sign the new lease in September as well!
There are already two very friendly cats and a very friendly dog so no more cats or dogs but animals like fish or reptiles are okay. Looking for someone relaxed and LGBTQ friendly! Dm me or comment for more information!
