2 upstairs rooms with private bathroom available in a 3 bedroom/2bath, shared, historic downtown cottage. $1,300 each room. Freshly painted. Wood burning stove. Large parking lot. Enjoyable fenced in yard with gas grill, furniture, and gas fire pit. Close proximity to shops, restaurants, mountain biking, Yampa river, and hiking trails. I live in the house part time, in downstairs bedroom. Dogs considered, no cats.

We currently have two upstairs bedrooms and a full bath available. We’d love to rent both rooms together, but are also open to finding another compatible roommate for the second room.

A little about us: Byron and I own the house. We keep a room at the house and are around occasionally, always giving a heads-up beforehand. Byron owns a rafting company lives in buena Vista, and I’ve been a PRN nurse in Steamboat for the last 11 years. He and his dog are seldomly here, I split time here and bv in summers, working at yvmc. And we both live in WY over the winter.

We’re hoping to find clean, easygoing roommates who are a good fit for the house.
