Tri-level condo. There are 2 living rooms, one for you and one for me. Bathroom is inside the bedroom. Garage parking available and visitor parking available on the street. Gym, pool and jacuzzi available for use. Smoking allowed on the balcony but not 4/20 friendly. The room fits a queen bed comfortably, wifi available but cable is at tenants discretion. Utilities are split 50/50. All furniture will be removed from space upon move in. No pets, children, or guests longer than 6 days Pictures & Information available upon request.
