Moved into a 3 bedroom house that my family has closed on, would like one or two people to take the whole top floor to themselves for roughly $1600 per month, BUT I am beginning to consider sharing the whole house with an individual who needs less space as I just need this extra expense taken care of for now, even if just for 6 months. Probably could do $1100 for someone to take the master bedroom and bathroom, and one of teh other bedrooms as an office, and then they’d still have primary use of the living room and kitchen but those would become shared with me.

The realtor listing for the house before it was sold still has media up so you can see all the photos but this listing won’t let me include the link so contact me for that.

Up until image 15 is the top floor in question and the basement is going to be all me.

Three bedrooms upstairs: a master bed with a double vanity bath and two bedrooms sharing a hallway bathroom. Nice kitchen with an island and a living room as well (the recliner pictured was left here too).

Decently big yard where my girlfriend (she doesn’t stay here) and I are starting a garden and where my dog will be running around pretty often. Oh yeah and I am not looking for people to be partying or having too many people over ideally, this isn’t really the neighborhood for that, all young kids and families. Makes it nice and quiet and safe though.
