Looking for a clean, respectful and responsible roommate to rent out a 110 sqft room available for rent in my 6 bedroom/ 4 bathroom home.

You can bring your own bedroom furniture, or I can provide a bed at no extra cost.

You’ll have private access to your own room and shared access to the bathroom, living room, kitchen, deck and laundry room.

The home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with other families.

• It’s less than 20 minutes walking distance from the stockbridge amphitheater, dining options, places of employment, banks and schools.
• It is also less than 7 minutes walking distance from a bus stop that is on the proposed bus route that will begin in fall 2026.
• It’s a 5 minutes drive from an I-675 entrance
• It’s a 7 minutes drive from an I-75 entrance.

The room rents at $750. This includes :

Requirements for approval include passing a background check. We are a no smoking household and don’t allow guests.
