About the room

Hi! Im looking to rent 3 rooms from my home in Riverstone-Lennar. This is a brand new home. My home is located on the south end of the new builds so it’s quicker to access the freeway and/or Children’s hospital. There is a new elementary school being built that is walking distance from my home.(opens Aug) My price is set for the 2 regular rooms, unfurnished, with shared bathroom. $800/mo. Both have walk-in closets. If you need a furnished room, I also can make that happen at $900/mo. The main bedroom is also available with private bathroom and walk-in closet. Priced $1,100 unfurnished or $1,200 furnished. All 3 rooms have utilities included & access to the kitchen/living spaces/laundry. Home has wifi/ & you will have access to the HOA benefits. Which is pool, lounge areas, & fitness center. It’s about a half mile walk from the home. The backyard is still getting done, but once finished, it will be accessible to everyone. The home will also have a cleaning service done every-other month. Deposit is $200 per room. No pets. No smoking.

About the roomies

As of now I am open to any gender since the home is new and no rooms are rented yet. I own a business and live elsewhere currently. I will be popping in to check on things here and there. Im a busy person so Im looking for responsible people that also have jobs and are easy going.
