Room for Rent with great location in San Clemente!

Month to month, $1,150 plus $100 for utilities, (Wi-Fi, electric and gas), for a total of $1,250 a month. Deposit is $1,250.

2.5 blocks to beach, pier and very close to downtown Restaurants!

Room available for move-in starting Wednesday, July 1st.

Room is approximately 11.5 x 9.5, plus a closet. Most of apartment has been remodeled and there is a large balcony. Bathrooms are shared.

Access to kitchen, dishwasher, two bathrooms, washer/dryer, living room, balcony. Must keep these areas and bedroom clean and in good condition. Each person has their own cooking and eating utensils.

No extra storage, except for in the bedroom, closet in that room, one shelf in the linen closet in hallway, one cabinet in the kitchen, one drawer in the kitchen and one shelf in the pantry.

MUST have good credit and references from previous residences. These will be checked, along with a background check.

Seeking male roommate that will be clean, quiet, not work from home and be respectful of others in the apartment, as well as neighbors. Currently there are three males ages 31-45 that work full time, not from home. Would prefer roommate to be around the same age.

No Smoking of any kind, no vaping and no drugs allowed in the apartment. No pets are allowed.

Each room for rent is for one person only. Guests can visit occasionally, but no other person is allowed to live in the room or stay there on a regular basis.

Parking is on the street only.
