Hi! I’m looking for a guy roommate to take the second room in a 2 bed / 1 bath apartment. The move-in date is September 1.

The apartment is about a 20-minute walk from OSU campus, a 3-minute walk to Chintimini Park, and close to Fred Meyer.

• Rent: $688/month per person
• Security deposit: $1,250
• Shared spaces: Living room, kitchen, and bathroom
• Laundry: No onsite laundry, but Corvallis Eco Laundry is about a 5-minute walk away
• Pets: Not allowed per property policy

I’m a 26-year-old PhD student with about three more years left in my program. I clean up after myself, take hygiene seriously, and regularly clean shared spaces. I’m looking for someone respectful, responsible, and clean.
