Room is spacious has a king size bed and its own closet as well as a tv mount but no tv . Property has a nice back yard full of plants and patio area. Spacious living room with a second living room for added comfort and space. We’re close to the freeway and only about 15 minutes from Csun or moorpark colleges. We’re pretty simi central with just about everything close by. (Target,Costco,Walmart as well as variety of food options)

About the roomies

Me and my wife live here with two pet dogs. Dogs are mellow and are 7 and 9 years old . And only weigh about 18 pounds each. We’re looking for long term tenants minimum 1 year.
