About the room

Downstairs basement approx 850 sq feet with separate entrance. Only time I will be downstairs is to do laundry once a week or so. Kitchen upstairs that is free to use. Pets not preferred but will consider depending on the pet.

About the roomies

Only other occupant is myself. I’m 32 and work for a construction company and need to be at work early so looking for somebody quiet. I am easy to get along with and good communicator. I can be pretty busy so not home often and am generally quiet when I am home.
