It is in Dallas, specifically Oak Cliff, off of 35 and 12th st. A mile away from Bishop Arts. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. It is a 3/4 bedroom house (the 4th could be a bedroom or a living space) with two bathrooms (you would have the master suite and your own bathroom). 1700 sq ft. It has a nice, spacious backyard and a great kitchen with modern appliances. We would all have full reign of the house and split all bills evenly. Rent + utilities usually comes out to $1,070-1,170 per person per month, just depending on utilities.

The attached images show how the current resident of the room is set up; he will be moving out at the end of this month.

There are two of us living here currently; we are brothers, and we are both in our mid-twenties. We both have jobs where we work 3 12-hour shifts a week, so gone all day some days, and the others we are home or out and about. We occasionally host small groups of friends, and even less often will host parties/get togethers. We are both chill roommates who try to keep things clean and maintain a pretty drama-free home. We have two dogs and a cat. The cat’s stuff remains in my room, but the dog’s things are kept in the common areas of the house.
