About the roomies
My name is Michelle, female Filipina, work at a restaurant in Hoboken. I am very clean, responsible and respectful of people’s privacy, I’m open to be friends with my housemates too. I am totally cool staying in my room and quiet but I also like socializing so I think I’m an ambivert. I am an actress but I do not like drama at home lol. I’d like to keep everything peaceful. I’m very easy to get along with. Pretty much same as Lytia.
Lytia, female from Florida. I moved to New Jersey to be closer to the performing arts community in New York, and I’m working in the Battery Park area as a receptionist for a corporate gym.
As a roommate, I keep to myself and I respect living in a common space. I will happily share the chores and pick up after myself. I like to keep things tidy and be out of the way as much as possible because I know home is a sanctuary. Especially when having to share it. If I know what is required of me I will make sure that I am able to meet those requirements so it doesn’t disrupt anything.
Personally, I’m a quiet person but very personable. I don’t mind socializing if someone finds that they enjoy my company. And I believe in balance so I’m not one to interrupt anyone’s routine because I know how important it is to need space to decompress. But I am open to making new friends and hanging out if there is a natural connection. I’m looking to get immersed in the standup comedy scene, going out dancing on occasion, theatre, board games, and cooking.
