The room is very spacious with a large closet and amazing natural sunlight. The property is conveniently located near the Troy Walmart, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and gym. The property has free parking on site, swimming pool, tennis court, small gym, and garden. Laundry is located in the building. The shared spaces (living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom) are furnished.

I currently work in Troy as a civil engineer. I am clean and neat and very respectful of the shared space. I am very open with communicating and want to make the space as inviting as possible.
