Private Room Available in Beautiful 3 Bed 1 Bath apartment for sublet for July - August, dates are flexible.

Location: -Apartment is located in a prime location, in the heart of Fenway. It is close to many major places and super convenient:

• Close to universities - 15-min walk to Northeastern campus and a less than 10 min walk to Berklee buildings
• Close to public transportation - 7 minute walk to Hynes Convention Center (Green Line), 12 minute walk to Massachusetts Ave. (Orange Line)
• Close to grocery stores - 5 minute walk to Whole Foods, 12 minute walk to Trader Joe’s and Star Market, 15-20 minute walk to Target (and another Star Market)
• Close Newbury Street - only a 7 min walk
