Single family house, short drive from the Tucson Airport. A couple of minutes from shopping area of the irvington exit. Great home with a lap pool that’s been recently replastered. House is in immaculate condition, looking for individuals who can respect the house and renters.
The pool gets serviced every 3 weeks, their is a cleaning company that cleans the common areas once a month. The landscape comes once a month and does a thorough clean up of the yard. The house gets sprayed every other month for pests.
All mature individuals who keep to them selves and clean up after.
All enjoy the quiet life. As I do.
