About the room
Hello! I have a room available in my new build 3/2.5 townhouse in sought after Artisan Lakes master build community. I am asking $1100 for rent which includes all utilities and access to amenities; resort style pool/hot tubs & gym etc. oh & our lawn and outside maintenance is taken care of by the HOA.
About the roomies
A little about me, I work as a full time registered nurse local traveling for HCA overnight shifts. In my spare time I like to stay active outdoors- paddle boarding, pickleball or riding my new motorcycle. I should also mention I have a 5 y/o (completely trained and very mild mannered) 17 lb mini beagle/Japanese chin mix. I take pride in having a clean and safe environment and hope to find someone who is easy to get along with and can also just be generally cleanly as well!
