This is actually a basement living room, so it is really big! There is no closet, but I have a rolling rack for your items that need to be hung up. This room has a fireplace, but it does not work…it still looks really nice. You will have your own bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can share the space. There is also a furnished sitting area and dining room that you are welcome to use. This area is within 13 minutes of downtown and near Powers. It usually takes me no more than 20 minutes to get to places like Costco or Trader Joe’s.

I am a 43 year old professional woman. You will also be living with a beautiful cat named Alexandra and a goofy little dog named Prince. We are pretty quiet and would love to share our space with someone who is clean, considerate, and social. (Although the social part is not a deal breaker.)
