It’s a small little room attached to my room and it’s will fit a small twin bed in there and it will have a tv if needed one and internet is included in the house . In the winter it does get cold in there but can have a heater in there if u need it . The rent is $1225 but would only ask half of that and with lights and internet it’s just me and my kids here but we are nice people just going through a hard time right now since I lost my mom
