Hello I have 2 rooms available both bathrooms inside the rooms . Just moved in but my roommate flaked on me after lease was signed( family emergency) . Apartment is new, parking is permit less so you can park anywhere and a few steps away from the apartment. Washer and dryer inside I’m in the nicer side of the springs right across from the Air Force academy. I can send pics of the rooms upon request.

I’m laid back and keep to myself . Just work and sleep lol. I can respect privacy or be social . I’m looking someone drama free and can control their emotions. Love the outdoors and love staying inside. I’m big on being clean as it brings peace.
