Room is located downstairs and is 600 a month plus utilities, smud and Wi-Fi, there’s a downstairs half bathroom that’s not utilized too much so whoever moves in is able to put bathroom stuff in there! There’s a bathroom upstairs that is shared with the 3 other roommates that have their own room and the couple that have the master has their own bathroom. The closet is outside of the room but we can get a lock on the door if needed.

Hi everyone! Me and my roommates are looking for someone to move in by August 1st, there are 5 rooms in total and 5 other roommates. 4 other girls and 1 boy ( couple stays in the master), we are very chill and friendly! We mostly keep to ourselves and we all work full time jobs! Ages range from 22-29 and would prefer a girl but open to a boy too! There are already cats and one dog so we would prefer no extra pets at this time. Please let me know if you have any questions
