I’m looking for a roommate for a brand new apartment at Spectrum Heights. You would have your own private bedroom and bathroom in a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with 1,065 sq. ft. of living space.

• Vaulted ceilings that make the space feel open and bright
• Large private deck/patio
• Brand-new construction we would be the first residents of the apartment
• Modern layout with plenty of room and privacy

• Overall, I have a pretty nerdy/geeky vibe and enjoy all things gaming and pop culture

I also have a small senior dog who weighs about 15 lbs. She’s very friendly, well behaved, and gets along well with people.
