A room for rent in a 1920’s 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex. Bedroom has dual pane, energy efficient windows, plenty of closet/storage space, private back door entrance, shared driveway parking, and washer/dryer. Close to 10 freeway and central to Culver City, Mid-Wilshire, Koreatown, USC, UCLA, LMU and Otis. The apartment would be shared with two women in their twenties and early thirties. We are looking for a roommate that is friendly, clean and respectful.
Available to move in July 15th. Deposit amount is $965 plus utilities (internet, gas, dwp/trash) average about $70-$85 a month. Good credit is essential (landlord requires a credit check). Sorry no pets or couples. If interested feel free to write and tell us about yourself! Thanks!
