My roommate is moving out with her bf and I am looking for someone who will take over her room / lease. Most of the apartment will be unfurnished since she owns the furniture in the living room. So you can furnish as you please or we can do it together.

I am 30 years old i work full time and mostly in my room unless i’m cooking or eating dinner. I like to hike, go to yoga and the gym (sometimes). I’m ok with guests/ overnight guests with just a heads up. For more pics or if you want to see the room / apartment . message me!
