Looking for a clean, responsible female renter for a large private bedroom in a shared home located in the desirable Coeur d’Alene Place neighborhood. This is a month-to-month rental and would be a great fit for someone looking for comfortable, flexible housing for a few months or longer. ✨ Room Features: • Large private bedroom • Massive walk-in closet with plenty of storage • Shared bathroom (with only one other female renter once the third bedroom is occupied) • Trundle bed, with 3 drawers available for use, with a bedside table that can be removed. • I have light pink blackout curtains available, too. 🏠 House Features: • All utilities included • High-speed internet included • Washer and dryer in the home • Full access to kitchen, cookware, and common areas • Backyard firepit • Inflatable hot tub • Garage gym equipment available for use (currently being organized and expanded) • Street or driveway parking typically available 🐱 Pets: Two friendly kittens currently live in the home. Additional pets are generally not preferred but may be considered for the right person and pet. 🌿 Household Environment: The homeowner travels frequently and will only be at the property occasionally. The home will primarily be occupied by women, and we’re looking to create a respectful, clean, comfortable, low-drama living environment.
