About the room
Beautiful 2000sq ft home with full private bathroom and full private own huge bedroom. Full use of entire home. 3 fridges/3 freezers. Comes with weekly gardener (I pay). Full laundry room. Everything included. I work full-time, my yellow lab goes to daycare most days. If you smoke please must be outside as I have a small sweet yellow lab. Looking for someone laid back. Someone very clean & communicates. Room has new flat screen TV. The deposit is refundable upon leaving everything the way you received it.
About the roomies
Nobody lives here except me and my yellow lab. Everything very clean. I go to bed pretty early. Love outdoors & respect your privacy. Not into drama. I usually go off my instincts with someone. It’s easier to speak & meet someone than always check backgrounds.
