About the room
I am looking for a new roommate this fall, maybe sooner!
I live in a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment overlooking a beautiful lake. The complex has really nice walking trails, a gym and a pool.
The apartment has an in-house washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. Large bedroom with a walk in closet and a spacious bathroom.
The property management is great about answering maintenance calls quickly. It’s a wonderful complex, and I’d love to stay here!
About the roomies
Hi! I’m an ESU graduate working full-time Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM. In my free time, you’ll usually find me browsing bookstores and thrift stores, trying out local coffee shops, or spending time at church. I also love music and theater and am always up for a good show or live performance. I am very much a social butterfly, whether it’s grabbing drinks with friends, going swing dancing, or exploring something new around town.
I’m fairly conservative in my values and enjoy a quieter lifestyle at home. As a roommate, I’m respectful, reliable, and appreciate a clean living environment. I like to keep shared spaces such as the kitchen and living room tidy and would love a roommate who feels the same. Since I work during the week, I do need things to be relatively quiet after 11 PM on weeknights. I’m easygoing, enjoy my personal space, and am looking for a roommate who is considerate and communicative, and a good fit for a friendly, comfortable home.
