Located in a beautiful area of Mount Juliet, the surrounding roads are lined with farms, open space, and natural beauty, while still being conveniently within about 10 minutes of the Providence area with shopping, restaurants, and just about everything you could need. The home is also approximately 25–30 minutes from Music Row and downtown Nashville.
This is a quiet Christian household. I am an active songwriter and teacher, and my husband and I are both very busy, easygoing people who respect privacy and do not get in the way of others. I’ve had roommates throughout much of my life, including while living in California, and understand the importance of creating a comfortable and respectful home environment.
I am active in the Wilson County community and attend church locally. This space may be especially perfect for a college student, graduate student, young professional, or someone just starting out who is looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to land.
Rent is $1,000 per month with everything included — utilities, Wi-Fi, and no extra bills or surprises.
